1. My
order was shipped late. What do I do? |

If an order is
shipped later than 1 business day after the order was placed;
then according to our Shipping Guarantee you may be eligible for
a shipping refund. Please see the shipping guarantee page of our
web site and email us at

My order
arrived damaged. What do I do? |

My Designer
Brands insures all of our packages, so please report your
damaged package to us as soon as possible. at
customercare@mydesignerbrands.com.
We will need to contact UPS to begin the insurance claim
process. It is standard policy to either replace a lost or
damaged order or refund the customer for the purchase price of
the item. |

3. My
order did not arrive.
What do I do? |

All If you
received tracking information and your product has not arrived
within 2 weeks, then your order is most likely lost. Please
contact us at
customercare@mydesignerbrands.com.
My Designer insures every item that leaves our premises.
We will need to report the incident to UPS to commence the claim
process. . Then, it is our policy to refund the purchase price
or replace the order. |

4. Why is my
order pending review? |

has a security program that automatically reviews any order that
does not have matching billing address |

5. I
received my item, but it is not what I ordered. What do I do? |

If the item(s)
received does not match the order made with My Designer Brands,
we will replace or refund your purchase price and shipping as
soon as the order is re-processed at our return facility. We
will refund your shipping costs. Please email us as soon as

6. I received
my item, but it is defective. What do I do? |

In the unlikely
event that you receive an item in defective condition, please
contact My Designer Brands immediately upon receipt of the item.
We will replace or refund your purchase price and shipping as
soon as the order is re-processed at our return facility. All
items must still meet all of our return guidelines in order to
be accepted. Please be aware that we do not accept used items as
we cannot guarantee how they sill stand up to your particular
