My Designer Brands
will accept the return of merchandise within 30 days of ship date in
new unused condition.
Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, My Designer Brands will
refund your purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift
packaging, and a 10% return fee.
Merchandise can be
returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund.
Returns received after 7 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
That means that you may keep your item for up to 1 week without
having to pay the return fee.
Merchandise must be in
"new and unused condition" with all tags an original packaging to be
acceptable for refund or exchange. Refunds will be in the original
form of payment.
All items are
inspected when they are received at our location .
Exchanges/ Refunds are
made within 3-5 business days of receipt via a
reversal of your payment. A tracking number and
insurance is not mandatory but highly encouraged as we will not be
responsible for a lost package.
Return/ Exchange Conditions:

If your item is
equipped with a "security tag",
the item must be returned with the tag still attached
All returns must be accompanied
by a copy of your receipt.
Any
item that is returned outside of these conditions may
not be eligible for and exchange/ refund under our
policy.
* The Return Fee is
levied in order to recover costs associated with the
return that we cannot otherwise recover.
